A 25% advance payment is required to confirm your vehicle booking. The remaining balance must be cleared upon arrival or on the first day of the journey. Prices are subject to change if the government increases fuel prices or state taxes by more than 10%.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
15+ Days Before Trip: 90% refund of the advance amount.
7–14 Days Before Trip: 50% refund of the advance amount.
Less than 7 Days: No refund of the advance booking amount.
3. Route & Delays
Natural Events: We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by landslides, heavy snow, or road closures. Extra Costs: Any additional expenses due to roadblocks or weather must be paid by the guest. Safety First: The driver has the final authority to stop or divert the vehicle if the road is deemed unsafe.
4. Vehicle Usage
Night Driving: Strictly prohibited between 8:00 PM and 4:00 AM on hill roads.
