Chardham Package - Privacy & Policy

Chardham Package collects personal information when you register with us or its network partners, using our services, and visiting Chardham Package pages. It may merge information about you that we have with information we acquire from business partners or other companies.

When you register we ask for information such as your first name, email id, birth date, gender, zip code, profession, industry, and interests. For some financial products and services, we may also ask for your address. Once you register with Chardhampackage and sign in to our services, you are not unknown to us.

We automatically collects and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, Chardham Package cookie information, & the page you request.

Policy of Helicopter Cancellation Charges:

No show at reporting time - No refund

  • In case of online payments, refund shall be initiated to source account.
  • In case of cash transactions, refund shall be made from Chardham Package, from where the ticket was purchased.
  • In case of full/ partial ticket cancellation due to bad weather, technical reasons or any Govt orders full refund will be initiated only if the ticket is stamped cancelled and signed by an authorized signatory of the operator.
  • A Transaction and Convenience Maybe applicable.
  • Rescheduling of tickets will be done by heli operators. Chardham Package, UCADA & others has no liability to reschedule the tickets.
  • Due to cancellation or delay of flying/ tickets due to any reason there will be no liability of boarding and lodging on Chardham Package, UCADA or Heli Operator.
  • Processing fees/Payment gateway charges (if any) are Non-Refundable.

Cost includes:

  • Hotel accommodation as per package same or similar hotels.
  • Meals as per package (Breakfast + Dinner).
  • Transfers and sightseeing as per itinerary.
  • All toll tax, parking, fuel and driver allowances.
  • All applicable taxes.

Cost doesn’t include:

  • 05% GST on bill.
  • Others meals does not include in Package.
  • Anything not mentioned under ‘Package Inclusions’
  • All personal expenses, optional tours and extra meals.
  • Medical and travel insurance.
  • Any kind of entry fees anywhere if not mentioned in including.
  • Tips travel insurance, medical insurance, laundry charges, liquors, mineral water, telephone charges.
  • All items of personal nature.
  • Porter, pony, horse, cable car, boat, train tickets, air tickets charges.

Payment:

  • 40 % advance and balance at the time of trip start.
  • Balance will be Done on First Day of tour

Refund:

  • 30 days prior to arrival - 100% refund
  • 30-15 days prior to arrival. - 70% refund
  • 15 - 10 days prior to arrival - 25% refund
  • 00-10 days prior to arrival - No refund
  • Hotel & Helicopter cancelation as per Hotel and helicopter Operator policies.

NOTE: Bookings cancelled after confirmation Booking or Processing fees/Payment gateway charges (if any) are Non-Refundable ( Can be 1.5% to 4% ).

Refund Process: Payments will be refunded by net banking to the customer accounts within 10-15 working days after cancellation.
